Dione Pope Owner/Director Her educational background preparing her for the position of child care director is as follows: Dionne has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. She also has a Bachelor of Child and Family Development degree from the University of Georgia. Dionne has 15 years of experience in early childhood education.	Ron Pope Owner/ Director His educational background preparing him for the position of child care director is as follows: Ron has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. He also has 30 years of experience as a Human Resources professional as well as executive.	Joy Wilson Assistant Director Joy has been with Country Crossings since the center opened in 1994. She earned a Child Development Associate Credential in May 2004. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood education.
Experienced Staff Trained in Early Childhood Development We take pride in the experience level of our staff and their length of employment at Country Crossings. Our teachers attend child development and early childhood education programs at local colleges. In addition, they participate in regular training and professional development such as CPR and First Aid and workshops and seminars to improve skills in working with children and their families.
